I have the right to refuse any commission without giving reason.
I retain all rights from the commission in regards to distribution,
printing and profits.
The commissioner has the right to display the commission on their own
website and within their home provided that proper credit to myself as
the artist is given.
The commission may not be traced, copied or altered in any way.
Payment is accepted by Paypal or Western Union only. Bank deposit may
be used for Australian commissions.
Paypal can be accepted in any currency. Western Union is preferred in
Australian dollars.
If the commission costs less than $10, full payment is required upfront.
If the commission is over $10, 50% of the commission cost must be paid
upfront plus the other 50% and postage upon completion.
A full refund can only be supplied if work has not begun on the commission.
The commissioner pays all shipping costs. A flat fee of $3 for any Australian
commission, or $8 for anything worldwide.
During the process, a sketch will be provided for commissioner approval.
The commissioner is given two weeks (14 days) to respond with any requests
for changes. If no response is given, a following reminder will be sent
with an additional week (7 days) to respond. If no contact is made between
myself and the commissioner within this total time of three weeks, I
will refund any money paid minus the cost of the sketch and finish and
sell the picture however I see fit. If changes are requested, I will
make the changes and supply the revised sketch for approval once again
with the time limit of three weeks to respond. The commissioner is allowed
three revisions in total before they are charged for each extra revision.
It is the commissioners responsibility to provide a full and concise
description.
Once the sketch is approved, I will complete the commission and provide
a low-quality copy to the commissioner for final approval. The commissioner
has one week (7 days) to make any changes to colouring before the commission is
deemed complete. Only one revision of the final piece is allowed to
be made.
After the commission is mailed, the commissioner is given 30 days to verify the arrival through the post. I am not responsible for lost or damaged postage as I take every care to package the work properly. I can replace digital commissions with further prints at the cost of postage to the commissioner but any original works are irreplaceable.
If the commissioner requests a piece to be done by a certain deadline, at least four weeks notice should be given in advance. No deadline is confirmed if notice is not given before this time. If no deadline is given, the commissioner will be placed at the end of my commission queue.
The commissioner must acknowledge that by commissioning me, they will be receiving artwork in my own style. If the commissioner wishes a particular style, they are welcome to find another artist.
I do not claim to be able to draw everything. I have more experience in some things than others, however I always put my best into my work. Be aware that my weak points are machinery, mecha, humans, scenery, and gore. I will refuse to draw watersports, scat, sexual activity with children, and unbirthing. I also refuse to draw Pokemon, Digimon, Sonic, Neopets or anything else copyright to a company.
